Due to new requirements for import duties to be prepaid, shipments from Australia to the US are currently paused until the couriers have implemented new duty payment systems. This applies to all outstanding/unshipped US orders. We apologise for the delays - this is out of our control.
Australia Post already has a plan for a duty payment provider to be integrated soon, but there is not exact date yet. We will keep all US customers up to date via email.
