Should be here in the next day or two. I’m sure it’s a fine screen protector (they’re not a hard product to get right), but if it’s going to take that long to ship out, then there needs to be some sort of communication. I got absolutely nothing during that period, and the wait times on the website don’t come close to what it actually was. Buyer beware…

You're absolutely right that a customer shouldn't be treated that way, and I want to make our apology. I'm sorry that it took us an extra 10 days for your product to get shipped out without any communication. That's not what we try to do, and we do our best to communicate with all our customers when an issue comes up.
Unfortunately in this situation, it was a matter of deciding (as a two-man team with no employees) what tasks were priority for us as we dealt with the massive delays caused by moving into our new warehouse space - we prioritised manufacturing starting up again over shipping existing backorders due to the fact that we needed to get more stock on the shelves of our MIDI controllers - simply for reasons of cashflow. Our business can't operate unless we're selling MIDI controllers.
Lack of communication was our fault entirely, and we should have let you know what was happening. MIDI controller preorders were sent emails, but small orders like yours were left out and for that, we apologise.
I hope your order arrives soon - tracking shows that it is well and truly on its way

This cover protects very well the Bridge from dust and abrasion. Doesn't affect the visibility of the display. Highly recommended
